Sports Minister laments poor state of facilities at the Lagos Sea School, warns Ojez over Swimming Complex (see photos)

Nigeria new Minister of Sports and Youth Development Solomon Dalong is not a happy man after he paid an inspection visit to Citizenship and Leadership Training Center Sea School located at Apapa in Lagos State. He totally expressed his disappointment to the poor
state of the facilities he met, with absolutely no power, no portable water, dilapidated generator house, broken sewages and very dirty environment. He was joined in the inspection by the DG National Sports Commission, Al-Hassan Yakmut, the NFF President Amaju Pinnick, directors of sports and scores of journalists, among others.

The Minister who also visited the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos read the riot act to the contractor handling the rehabilitation of the swimming pool complex of the stadium, Joseph Odebeatu, alias Ojez Bar to complete the project before the end of the first quarter of the year or face the consequences.
